Artists? Designers? Weird? Insane? Idiots seems to fit the bill, from their title bar which balatantly states ‘This must be designed by Idiots’ to their work which is both creepy, insightful and just plain odd.

Maia Urstad is an audio/visual artist from Norway. Using CD and cassette players as both sound transmission devices and sculptural elements she creates unque soundscapes as well accompanied by aesthetic visuals. Shown above is the Sound Barrier, a literal wall of sound and playing devices.

The folks over at Kinkyform have some pretty sweet custom watches and furniture by the likes of Nopattern, Electric Heat, Faceless and more.

German artist Carsten Nicolai has some great artworks and installation pieces. Many of the works seem generative, creating beauty from chaos.
